Overview

These Terms of Use govern your use of CountUp, a tally counter app for iPhone, Apple Watch, and widgets provided by Kin Lab. By downloading or using CountUp, you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CountUp for your personal use on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms and these Terms of Use.

In-App Purchase

CountUp Pro is sold as a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase. Payment, billing, refunds, and subscription account management are handled by Apple under your App Store account terms. We do not receive or store your payment details.

Feature availability may change if Apple reports that a purchase was refunded, revoked, or otherwise is no longer valid.

Acceptable use

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute CountUp except where applicable law permits it.
You may not use CountUp in a way that interferes with the app, its analytics, advertising, or related services.
You are responsible for how you use any counts, records, exports, or history created in the app.

No warranty

CountUp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kin Lab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of CountUp.

Changes and termination

We may update CountUp and these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after an updated version of these terms is published means you accept the revised terms.

We may suspend or discontinue the app at any time. You may stop using CountUp at any time by deleting it from your devices.
